Description |
Key Points in Receiver-Driven
Multiple Paths Protocal:
1) the receiver selects several best routing paths to transfer video
packets according to the packet delay and packet loss characteristics
of various paths. 2) The receiver dynamically selects the paths which
map to the recent network traffic.
3) Use NS to simulate this algorithm and try to find the best parameters
according to the network topology and traffic.
4) compare the performance to the single path and normal multiple
path algorithm.
5) Result: the total packet loss will decrease significantly using
our protocol |
