Bachelor Thesis "GSM System & Encapsulation of Data In GSM System"
The thesis explains the fundamental & system constitutions of Global System for Mobile Communication (GSM), including the sub system's function, the interfaces and the protocols between these sub systems (such as, Interface B, C, D, E, F, G, Protocol of Interface A, No.7 Signal Protocol, and other public Telecom Network Interfaces). It also introduces the GSM's group network, management functions, location area, all kinds of numbering and its methods of phonetic coding and transportation.
After the above introduction, the thesis puts emphasis on how to analyze the data from GSM office(including HLR--Home Location Register), MSC(Mobile-Services Switching Center), BSC(Base Station Controller), and how to program and encapsulate objects with Delphi and C++. For the GSM office, MSc, HLR, and BSC are all based on digital switch, every office must do some work of configuration on functional boards and certain kinds of data(such as the data about office connection). To avoid the incorrectness and inconsistency resulted from manual input, the offices in GSM are encapsulated as objects.
