• The packedglyph structure.
• Information on the meta-file.
• Information on the data-file.

• The callbacks from Form.C.
• The Shape mapping functions. These functions create OpenGL drawing lists that draw the shapes used for the shape mappings.
• Vector and Noise functions.
• The Draw class - this is the class that handles the rendering of all of our data glyphs.
• Interface class - provides interface between SFA and the trackers.
• The Subset class - manages subsetting functionality in SFA.
• Labels - provides 2d text within the 3d environment.
