  For Homework 5, if your mod 10 counter in Homework 4 did not work, you can use the built-in one from Logisim. Here's how to set it up: hw5 Logisim Counter.circ. (You set number of data bits to 4 and the maximum value to 9.) You can either start from the circuit linked above, or cut and paste into your own.

  Here's the new late policy. If you submit your project by:

  Thu 11:59pm	full credit
  Fri 11:59pm	-5 points
  Sat 11:59pm	-10 points
  Sun 11:59pm	-15 points

  Beyond that you should use your late pass. If you used your late pass already, then you should submit whatever you have done.

  This policy applies to Project 2 and to all subsequent assignments.
