Freeze-TCP

The software is based on a fairly old Linux kernel and hence specific to that kernel version. We have NOT considered incorporating the Freeze-TCP mechanism in the newer kernels or maintaining it in any timely/serious manner. So, feel free to hack all you want... The code was developed by Mr T. (Tom Goff), who was an expert grad student. He has now completed his Ph.D. work and left, so there is no further assistance with the code, you can use it and modify it as you please.

Hopefully, you will use/enhance this software for further experimenting in which case we request that this site and the original INFOCOM publication be acknowledged/cited.
