Due to the blizzard last week, the homework and test schedules have
been revised. (See revised syllabus.) We
will also elminate one of the three tests originally scheduled.
Furthermore, the grade distribution is modified so that each of the two
remaining tests is worth 20 points and the final exam is worth 30
points.

Although the UMBC campus is open, class is cancelled on Thursday
February 20 as per
official announcement. Apparently there are not enough parking spots
for all.
