Directions to UMBC:
- From the north, take Interstate 95 to Route 166 (Exit 47B, Catonsville) or take Interstate 83 to the Baltimore Beltway (I-695, west) and then take Exit 12C (Wilkens Avenue, west); follow the signs to UMBC.
- From the south, take Interstate 95 to Route 166 (Exit 47B, Catonsville); follow signs to UMBC.
Directions to the TRC Building:
- From the entrance to the campus off of Route 166 take a right where the road splits onto Hilltop Circle;
- Follow the circle until you reach Poplar Ave. (Patapsco Hall should be on your left and the Physical Plant on your right);
- Take a right onto Poplar Ave.;
- Take a left onto the driveway just before the stop sign into Arbutus (There is a sign stating that the TRC, OIT, etc. are off of this driveway);
- Take a right into the parking lot;
- The main door for the building is just up the walkway to the right of the parking lot. Cross the parking lot and come around to the other side of the building to where the circle is.
- From there you will see the front of the building. You will need to get a temporary parking permit from our administrator Patricia Smith whose office is just inside the front door. Contact Patricia at (410) 455-6505 with any questions.
- Dr. Simsek's office is on the first floor. The first room on your left, when you enter the building.
