Sample Certification Letter (for scholastic teams)

At registration, each scholastic team is required to submit a letter certifying their eligibility. This letter must be written on official stationary and signed by the school's Principal (or appropriate administrator). The letter must include the name, title, address, and telephone number of the Principal.
