     NAME
          submit - a program for controlling project submission

     SYNOPSIS
          submit class project file [files...]
          submitls class project
          submitrm class project file [files...]

     DESCRIPTION
          Submit is a program designed to allow and control submission
          of student's projects into instructor's accounts.  When used
          as submitls it will display a listing of files submitted for
          the respective class and project to date.  submitrm allows
          the student to remove files he or she may have previously
          submitted.

          Submit requires that the system submit.classes file list
          each class and the instructor's account name.  The
          instructor's home directory must also contain a proper
          .submitrc and have the directories created that will contain
          each project.
