The Journal of High Speed Networks serves as an archive for papers describing original results of lasting significance in both the theory and practice of high speed networks. The journal publishes contributed papers on original research, survey papers on topics of current interest, technical notes, and short communications to report the progress of long-term projects. Submissions to the journal are refereed consistent with the review process of leading technical journals.
