2. If he think I was wrong, should let me know, talk directly with me. Every time, it is I who went to his desk.

If you have time, I need a talk with you. I have a very  bad feeling, and I know that you can help me.

For the past few months, I have done many work at the customers. I did my job very proactively, I had plans, ideas, I always went to Fernando's desk to share my information with him. I don't think he is willing to listen to me, sometimes, let me alone and get me embarassed.

If he did not like me, or if he thinks what I should this or that, he should let me know and talk with me directly.

If I sent an email to him, no response.

When I helped him to check the configuration and he went home earlier, I have to do it overtime, the next day, there is no appreciatation.

Everything I did at the customer, I let him know, there is no feedback from him.

Even the customers, at least, they will say thanks, however, from Fernando, it's very unforunately, I did not hear such word from him until now.
