1. SUMMARY

    + IEMO Best Practice: contributed to IEMO Best Practices sessions
held in Mississauga by Gilberto, made an one hour presentation on
network @ Sun at IEMO, however, it took me 
one week to prepare for it. Focused on Sun's network computing vision,
high-speed networking product and network connectivity, the presentation
was well received. 

    + Help Karen to finish the 2nd round RFP for the government, made
the configuration of E6000 Cluster, E4500 application servers, etc., and
also completed the relevant write-up for this RFP.

    + Coordinated with SunU, tried to find resources to deliver a
customer training on StarOffice for CIBC StarOffice deployment. Due to
time overlap with new hire training, the ownership has been switched
back to Aaron.

    + SE Infoline, the first time to own it, went well. 


2. TRAINING SUMMARY

    + Field New Hire Training: Update the knowledge, met news guys
worldwide (93, 46% from US, 54% outside US). The training consists of a
case simulation and various product and division update, it's a key step
to fully understand Sun's vision and value proposition for the net
economy. 

    + Miscellaneous training including Identrus and Purple TOI;


3. PLAN FOR THE UPCOMING MONTH

    + Assigned the accounts, will work with Elaine to make the
transition smoothly, and work closely with Fernando to close deals since
it is the last quarter for FY00
        - Server and Cluster update for Mackenzie;
        - High level executive update for AGF;
        - Product update for CDS;
        - much more to in the coming month;

    + Presentation skills training;
