[Tue Dec 13 13:07 2022] Blank copies of the midterm exam (from this semester) for both sections are posted on Google Drive under Old Exams. You can practice with the other's section's exam and check your answers against the keys.

[Tue Oct 25 09:50 2022] Attendance Quizzes 1-11 can now be repeated, if you want to use it for midterm review. You can view your score after submitting your responses.
[Tue Oct 25 09:40 2022] Midterm exam from last year is available under Old Exams on Google Drive. Note that we are using a different textbook and did not cover axiomatic semantics (weakest preconditions). Also, we are using PCRE notation for regular expressions.

[Thu Oct 06 11:50 2022] Haskell Quiz 1 is next Thursday, October 13. The quiz will take place during the last 20 minutes of our time period (Section 01 10:55am - 11:15am, Section 04 3:25pm - 3:45pm). This is an in-person only quiz, so you have to be physically present. You will be asked to write two Haskell functions, one using guards and another using pattern matching. Since so many things in Haskell involves lists, you should be able to work with lists as well.

[Thu Sep 15 22:00 2022] Now that the add/drop period is over, I have started taking attendance during lecture. Recall that attendance is 5% of your overall grade. (See course description.)
If you have an unexcused absence from lecture, you can make up the points by taking an attendance quiz. These will be listed in the attendance quiz page.
The quiz must be completed by 9:00am the next Monday (for both Tuesday and Thursday lectures). You only have one opportunity to submit your responses for a quiz (you can't change your answers). So, make sure you have your final responses before submitting.
